What's New In two words, new building! After some years looking at our church and deciding among ourselves what would be the most effective addition we could make, we chose
to enlarge the narthex, the space at the entry to the sanctuary of the church. Trinity is not a physically large church (seats around 80 - 90) and of course, the narthex or gathering area to the sanctuary is
proportionately built. We wanted to have room to gather, to share refreshments and stories with each other and we noticed that as the children grew and more children came along, there was less room to make those
large, happy gestures that go along with catching a large Yukon salmon, or describe the neighbor’s new lawn ornament. The solution: more narthex space. Oh, yes, and a new office for Pastor - the old one will become
a library/multipurpose/meeting room; which it has been anyway, though unacknowledged.
